Guy J. Petruzzelli, MD, PhD, MBA, FACS
Dr. Petruzzelli is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist- Head and Neck Surgeon and Professor of
Otolaryngology and an adjunct professor of Neurosurgery and Radiation Oncology at the Rush
University Medical Center. He is the Chief of the Head and Neck Oncology Service and leads the
Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Tumor Clinic at the Rush Cancer Center. Dr. Petruzzelli
completed a Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Skull Base Surgery with a Certificate
from the Council for Advanced Training in Head and Neck Oncology. Dr. Petruzzelli's practice
specializes in surgery for benign and malignant tumors of the thyroid, salivary glands, larynx
(voice box), pharynx (throat), oral cavity (mouth), sinuses and skull base.
